How does the ordering process work? As soon as you know what you
want, you can call, email or buy direct from the
internet. If you prefer to call, Please, be ready for the
product #. Our customer service will call or reply your
email for your approval. Upon your acceptance, we will
charge your credit card (if you pay by credit card), while
waiting for the shipping company to pickup your order and
ship it.
Are you a dealer and do you have
a warehouse?
Since we offer a lot of different furniture
models, we are not able to stock them all. We stock some
of it in our warehouse in California. As a manufactures'
outlet, we work with dealers, wholesalers and importers.
Directly with the manufactures, we offer you the best
quality and the best money can buy. We also save you a
substantial time as well as money. All furniture is new
and carries the original warranty from the manufacture.
Does the furniture come with
a warranty?
All
furniture come and carry with an original one year
warranty from the manufacture.
What
happens when merchandise arrives damaged?
When the furniture arrived, You have 5 days
time to inspect the furniture from damage. If there is
any damage, please note on your receipt and send or fax it
to us. If the damage is minor, we will service or fix it
otherwise we will exchange.
Major damage because of shipment, you can refuse delivery
of the shipment and we will reviewed and arrange to get
the furniture repaired or replaced.
How
does the furniture packed?
For Outdoor Furniture Most of the product comes in
cartoon box. Some of them comes in cartoon wrap or crate
due to freight and transportation requirement.
For Indoor Furniture First of all, we wrap the goods
with a water resistant wax paper (to protect the finishing
from dew) and then wrap again with a cardboard to protect
the goods from rubbing against each other while in the
container. We use a heavy cardboard or bubble plastic
wrap for the edges and tops. We use a wooden case for
breaking items like glass cabinet.
For other case we use a cartoon box.
Do I
have to pay tax?
We are in California, and by law we have to
collect sales tax for items delivered in the state of
California. If you live outside of California, we will
not charge you the sales tax.
Payment Policy We will charge you the full
amount right before the delivery time. We will not charge
you anything when we don't have the merchandise ready
(on-hand). Instead of calling you for further
instruction.
Buyer responsible for charges, tax
(only California) and claims.
We accept all major credit cards and personal checks. All
sales paid by charge card will be sold by teak etcetera.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from FOB Canoga Park, California
within 5 days. Standard order and delivery times are 1-2
weeks after placing the order. Certain products may be in
stock, and customer service will let you know for the
availability. Since buyer is responsible for the delivery
fee from our warehouse to your home, we will give a quote
for the delivery fee and has to be paid off together with
the remaining balanced. We ship orders with cartoon box,
cartoon wrap or blanket wrap for common carriers. Please,
contact our

service for preferred carrier and coordinate shipping
details.
Returns & Claims Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be
returned in its original condition within 30 days for a
full refund, excluding shipping.
There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned and
canceled orders after the orders were shipped. Please,
inspect and packed the orders before shipping. Any claims
for defective merchandise must be made within 5 days after
received the goods. Claims for damaged shipments must be
made with the carrier
For Back Order.
When an order has been processed and can be verified that
it has been produce, we do not able to refund the order.
If your order has not been produce by the manufacture and
shipped as a courtesy to our customers satisfaction, we
will offer a refund.
The will be no returns allowed without prior approval.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned and
canceled orders after the manufacture produce the orders.
